Two Decades of Grassroots Movement (Est. 2002)
CADAM was founded in 2002 in Nilphamari by a group of passionate social reformers and local organizers under the visionary leadership of Md. Akhtaruzzaman and dedicated community leaders. The organization received its first statutory registration with the Department of Social Welfare in 2005 (No. Nil/Sadar/280/2005).
To expand its reach into nationwide and foreign donor projects, CADAM secured registration with the Department of Women Affairs in 2017 (No. Nil/138/2017) and the NGO Affairs Bureau (Prime Minister's Office) in 2019 (No. 3228/2019).
Nilphamari Regional Hub
Operating across Sadar Upazila, Bahalipara, Saidpur, Jaldhaka, Domar, and Dimla riverine areas.
Certified Governance
Audited annually by Chartered Accountants with formal NGOAB, DSS, and DWA regulatory clearances.

CADAM strictly complies with the financial, legal, and operational reporting guidelines set by the Government of Bangladesh and the NGO Affairs Bureau.
Independent External Audit
Audited regularly by Ahmed Sheikh Roy & Co. Chartered Accountants (ICAB-EC-6/2019-937, 1038, 1175) with clean opinions through FY 2024–2025.
Official Banking Operations
Maintains scheduled institutional accounts with Rupali Bank Ltd. (Nilphamari Sadar Branch), Sonali Bank, and Pubali Bank for transparent fund flows.
Regulatory Filings
Annual FD-6 / FD-7 clearances submitted to NGO Affairs Bureau (No. 3228/2019) and Department of Social Welfare (No. Nil/Sadar/280/2005).
Executive Committee (2025 – 2027)
Elected by the General Assembly on November 14, 2025 for a two-year statutory term to oversee NGO operations, program policy, and community accountability.
